Under $30 Gifts

I've got a family of 11 to buy holiday presents for, but I always want to get gifts for coworkers, friends, neighbors, etc.  It can be hard to think of a gift that isn't overly expensive, but still thoughtful and nice.  Here are some more affordable options that could even make great stocking stuffers!
