Weekend in Wishes

I dream of air conditioning right now - it would be oh so nice to stay in and enjoy my quaint little apartment with my little Rusty, but alas it is darn hot...and I can't really stand the screaming, wild children in my building anyway.  BUT if I were in Texas or NY where the air conditioning roams freely, I'd be sure to have all of these on hand for a fabulous weekend of baking, movie watching, wine drinking, pampering, and puppy snuggling!

If I lived here...

If I lived here, I would get up early to watch the sun rise while drinking a homemade cappuccino and nibbling on almond biscotti.  I'd hike, take yoga outside, cliff dive, and sail my big white sailboat at sunset.  My rich neighbors would host lavish wine, cheese, and whiskey parties where we all get dressed up in our best cocktail attire.  I'd design jewelry on the side, but I'd be a full time stylist and interior decorator. I'd have an apartment in Soho NYC for when I am called to work in the city, but I'd prefer to stay in my secluded little home on the cliff with my wonderful loving husband as much as possible baking maple scones and making homemade pasta!

Sounds wonderful.

My Elephant Necklace

A lot of people have asked about my elephant necklace that I wear all of the time.  I got it from a art jewelry store in Houston called High Gloss, but I recently found a Dogeared version!  It looks identical!  They even have one with a diamond eye...kinda jealous.

I have been avoiding shopping for about a week now as I am desperately needing to quit.  I have given myself $5 a day budget - aka Subway every day.  But I have one thing I am letting myself dream of today...

I'm only mostly back

After a jaunt in NYC and a soiree in MIAMI, I am back with an arm party and a couple newbies.

I finally got a new WHISTLE!! So excited and have worn it practically every day.  Buy your whistle here to support Falling Whistles!  Also, that is a club monaco army green vest that you see peeking....very very happy to find that!  Not sure if it is available online, but they have some great stuff right now...so def. go in the store.

Rock Star Wishes

One of my many characters that I themely dress as is a ROCKSTAR.  It may surprise you, but I am in fact not a rockstar.  My insane 2.5 months of guitar lessons are shockingly awesome, but please don't stand up. But dress like a rockstar, I do.  Studs. Check. Leather. Double Check.  Pink hair. Test check?

I love All Saints like woah.  And both of these editorials knocked my socks off.  And then I put them back on just to look like her. Or like Michael.  Potatoe. Potato.
